We teach classes and do personal training sessions to give our youngest clients a fun "fit" start to life, to maximize potential in athletes, and to allow adults the opportunity to workout at their own pace to achieve health and body changes.

When my own children were budding athletes, Team Weiss as we called ourselves, worked with the athletic coaches to produce international competitors, including Michael Weiss, two-time Olympic skater. Now, we use that expertise to work with other families to help them achieve their fitness goals in their homes or in our facilities.

A national gymnastic competitor as a child, I owned MG Gymnastics which produced international medalists. I've owned 2 two Gold's Gyms and ran the biggest Gold's group-x department in the country. I teach classes, ranging from tone, power tone, sport conditioning, abs, stretch, pilates, reformer, Body Pump and Body Flow -- a combination of tai chi, yoga and pilates. I love training children as well, giving them the love of fitness and health that I enjoy. A personal trainer for 28 years, among my prize students are my own three children, all of whom competed at the international level in their sports. Michael has competed in 2 Olympics and is a 3-time U.S. National Figure Skating Champion and World Medalist.

An international gold medalist in figure skating, I received a bachelor's degree in childhood education, taught gymnastics, skating and hockey throughout college. An owner/director in 2 Gold's Gyms, I, like my mom, ran four group exercise programs and continue to teach classes in many formats.

I now have a young daughter and so assist my mother when needed. With 7 U.S. national diving titles and a Junior World Champion title, I graduated from American University on a diving scholarship. My competitive backgound allows me to impart good values and a strong work ethic to my students.
