Having trained athletes, adults, children, in three Olympic sports and in 4 Gold's Gyms for more than 38 years, my goal is to individualize each person's workout to best suit the goals set by the client.
This may mean fine-tuning the smallest details to give the Olympic athlete an "edge" on the competition, starting a toddler out with fun exercise and stretching, to working with an adult who wishes greater fitness, weight loss or simply a healthy lifestyle.
With the wide variety of fitness experiences I have had, from being a national athlete myself, and from training others, "I've seen it all." And I have a unique, fun, safe and effective way to help each client reach a higher fitness level.
With my daughter, Geremi, an international athlete, we train clients in classes, as well as in personal training sessions in your home or in our facilities.

Cardio workouts vs Weight workouts: both are excellent.
Cardio machines are great for a no-brainer heart-healthy workout, burning calories in the process.
Weight workouts burn calories, build lean muscle mass, AND work the bone strength as well!!
Enjoy both for a well-rounded program of fitness.
Try these anti-oxidant - and nutrient-rich food items: broccoli, tomatoes, salmon, blueberries, strawberries, tofu, spinach, cauliflower.
