With 7 U.S. national diving titles and a Junior World Champion title, I graduated from American University on a diving scholarship to go into the gym business. Having owned, directed and taught at Gold's Gyms, I now have a daughter and will concentrate on my personal training career. My competitive backgound allows me to impart good values and a strong work ethic to my students.
