PERSONAL TRAINING
"I come to YOUR house
or you can come to me!"

Having trained athletes, adults, children, in three Olympic sports and in 4 Gold's Gyms for more than 38 years, my goal is to individualize each person's workout to best suit the goals set by the client.
This may mean fine-tuning the smallest details to give the Olympic athlete an "edge" on the competition, starting a toddler out with fun exercise and stretching, to working with an adult who wishes greater fitness, weight loss or simply a healthy lifestyle.
With the wide variety of fitness experiences I have had, from being a national athlete myself, and from training others, "I've seen it all." And I have a unique, fun, safe and effective way to help each client reach a higher fitness level.
With my daughter, Geremi, an international athlete, we train clients in classes, as well as in personal training sessions in your home or in our facilities.

FITNESS TIPS |
Want "Michelle Obama arms?"
The upper arms consist of a lot of muscles, including those that surround the shoulder. More repetition, less weight equals an overall toned shape to the arms. Each muscle group in the upper arm and shoulder contribute to the overall look. Working opposing muscle groups aids in muscle balance, which is important in avoiding injury to an “overworked” portion or area.
And each portion of each muscle group must be worked – example: triceps, by definition, has 3 parts – so a variety of exercises shape the total tricep “group.” That part of the tricep that contributes to “under-arm dingle-dangle” – click here to learn the BEST exercise to tone that area!!
And don’t forget to stretch the muscle groups after work. Otherwise, the muscles shorten, and are more susceptible to injury. A muscle that can fully elongate and shorten ( as in bicep—open and close) can actually become stronger, as you are able to work along the entire range of motion to strengthen the entire muscle.
